About Credit/Debit Card
Cirkul processes checkout payments in United States dollars (USD) through Shopify and authorized payment providers. Full card details are handled by those secure payment services and are not requested by email.

Availability is determined by the payment options displayed at checkout.
Authorization and Declined Payments
Placing an order authorizes the payment provider to verify and charge the selected method. A temporary authorization may appear before the final charge. The issuer or provider may decline a transaction, and an order is not completed until payment is approved.
Security, Chargebacks, and Taxes
Payment information is transmitted through the checkout provider’s security controls. If a charge appears incorrect, contact us first so we can investigate; chargeback rights provided by the issuer remain unaffected. Taxes are collected as required by applicable law.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. After processing, allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear.
